Are you thinking about joining Buns & Gunz? Here are some of the most common questions I get from new clients!
What’s the difference between a 30-minute and a 60-minute session?
• 30-minute sessions (Express Elevate) are ideal for those who want a quick, efficient workout, whether that’s strength training, conditioning, or a focused muscle group session.
• 60-minute sessions (Sculpted Signature) allow for a more comprehensive workout, including strength training, mobility, and conditioning, with more time for instruction, form correction, and progression.
Both options are effective—it just depends on your goals, schedule, and personal preference!
What is your training style and approach?
I believe in a personalized, no cookie-cutter approach to fitness. Every client gets a customized program tailored to their goals, whether that’s strength, fat loss, muscle building, or overall conditioning. My focus is on:
✔ Building strength & confidence inside and outside the gym
✔ Proper technique & injury prevention
✔ Efficient, results-driven workouts that fit your lifestyle
✔ Accountability & support beyond the studio, including nutrition guidance
What are my package options?
I offer both single sessions and package options based on your commitment level:

Do you provide meal plans or nutrition guidance?
While I don’t do full meal plans, I offer nutrition support and guidance to help you fuel your body properly for your workouts and goals. I also offer sample meal plans as part of my coaching when applicable.
Should I eat before my workout?
Yes! I always advise against working out on an empty stomach. You don’t need a heavy meal beforehand, but having a light snack 30 minutes to an hour before training can help fuel your workout and prevent fatigue. Something simple like a rice cake with peanut or almond butter is a great option!
What should I bring to my session?
• Comfortable workout clothes
• Water bottle
• A positive mindset & readiness to work!
