     Born and raised in New Jersey, Lauren has endured several trials and tribulations that have shaped her into who she is today. She found refuge through fitness and is now using it to help others.

​

     From growing up in a dysfunctional family to dealing with her parents' messy divorce to enduring an abusive relationship and then spiraling into an eating disorder, paired with almost losing multiple loved ones to addiction... There have been endless battles that have molded her into the woman she is today. 

 

     But for Lauren, two things got her through the dark times... the Lord and the gym. Working out and boxing became her therapy...it was her 'me time', her place to let it all go, which led her to her true calling. After a decade of working in a fast-paced career in PR, she realized that the gym held her passion, not the work being done behind a computer, and thus, she left her job to help change the lives of others looking to better themselves inside and out.

     Now, she uses her life experiences to inspire, motivate, and encourage her clients to be the best versions of themselves.
