Protein Crockpot Dinner: Sweet & Sour Chicken

This protein crockpot dinner is a super simple, macro-friendly take on sweet & sour chicken with a Polynesian twist!


Ingredients:

• 1 lb chicken breast

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1/2 tsp garlic powder

• 1/2 tsp onion powder

• 1/2 cup G Hughes Polynesian Sauce

• 1 tbsp coconut aminos


Instructions:

1. Season the chicken with salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.

2. Place the chicken in the crockpot and pour G Hughes Polynesian Sauce and coconut aminos over it.

3. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the chicken is tender and shreds easily.

4. Shred with two forks and mix well with the sauce.

5. Serve over rice, cauliflower rice, or in lettuce wraps for a low-carb option.
